PTA has been directed by the Sindh High Court (SHC) to come up with comprehensive laws as soon as possible, for the guidance of service providers as to how to curb uploading of objectionable stuff on the internet.

The observations were made by a single member bench of Sindh High Court comprising Justice Amir Hani Muslim on a constitutional petition by a serving bank officer whose young daughter’s pictures were morphed in an objectionable manner by a website.
