The Islamabad high court has dismissed the case filled by Long Distance and International (LDI) operators against PTA in which the legitimacy of Access Promotion Contribution (APC) for the Universal Service Fund (USF) had been challenged. Multinet and few other LDI operators have not given their amount for APC due to which the license of Multinet and other LDI operators got cancelled by PTA.
