Another Security Flaw Sony Shutdown Its Website
Sony Inc is one of the major manufacturers of electronics and lot of people trust on it. The products of Sony are durable and reliable. Sony is a brand name in market and people prefer Sony on other electronic consumer products. 
Few days back as you know, hackers had stealth personal data of many users of play station.
Basically the online network of Play station were hacked and data that includes personal information credit card numbers, all were got stolen. Sony showed great concern on this happening and promised its consumers that in future such things will never happen again.
For resetting of passwords and for restoring the personal information again, Sony has made a website for its consumers. Sony once again has found that there is a security flaw in the website, so for this reason Sony has shut down the website.
This is a very good gesture shown by Sony that it has shut down the website because the officials found a security breach on the website. Now Sony will resolve the flaw and it will again give access to the users.
Sony spokesman Dan Race said:
“If I had your email and your birth date I could have potentially got access to your account. The company found the security hole on a webpage that could potentially allow the hackers who had breached personal data from users in April to access their accounts using the data they had stolen.”
Sony has admitted that the last hacking attack was the big one of the history and in future company will never take such security risks.
Maxim Group analyst Mark Harding said:
“This is one of the things that was probably overlooked and forgotten by Sony”
Many people are giving different statements and ensuring that now Sony will take strict actions against such happenings.
