PTCL Launches Bill Collection Counters at Ufone Customer Services Centers

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has launched its bill collection at Ufone Customer Services Centers (UCSC) to facilitate its valued customers. This new facility would be in addition to already existing 84 bill collection points, operating through various one stop shops, walk in centres/revenue offices of PTCL in various cities of the country.

Muhammed Nematullah CFO PTCL highlighting the significance of customer care said that bills at new collection points will be collected from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM during office hours (Ramazan time: 10 AM to 04.30 PM) with the aim to facilitate the customers. Advisory member Etisalat Mohamad Essa Al-Taheri said PTCL has launched the new bill collection facility with many unique features for its customer’s facilitation.

Customers now need not to carry their invoice for payment of PTCL Bill. They just have to confirm their telephone number and name to the cashiers at the collection points for bill payment. It also gives them the liberty now to pay their bill anywhere in Pakistan. A customer of PTCL enjoying services at Lahore can pay his bill at Karachi or Islamabad or anywhere at the collection points. It also enables them to avoid late payment surcharge if they are visiting somewhere else from their home station.
