PTA & Ericsson Sign Statement of Interest To The Future of Information Communication Technologies

At a ceremony in the PTA, PTA Pakistan and Ericsson have a letter of interest to the future of information communication technologies (ICT) initiatives to be taken is signed by both organizations. PTA Chairman, Dr. Muhammad Yasin was signed by President Ericsson Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, Mohsen Tavakol the statement. The EOI was in the context of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) on the theme  Better City, Better Life with ICT  to the world this year signed Telecom Information Society Day (WTISD).

After the release of the two entities PTA Ericsson Mobile Awards announced in July 2010. The goal of this award is to students who have developed the most innovative content generated by users or created by professionals and honor / or the application in the areas of entertainment, social networking and online communities and services LBS. PTA and Ericsson and other interested parties may include a group of experts in various areas related to technology and telecommunications services.

Facilitate Ericsson President of Program in cooperation with the PTA would be the exchange of knowledge between professionals in the fields of telecommunications and universities. Speakers for Ericsson and the PLA at the bottom of the telecom sector contribute to the exchange of groundbreaking technologies and experiences that help the student community to keep pace with new technologies to understand. The statement said the PTA to participate Ericsson Graduate Program. Ericsson trainee program, it would be useful to consider both scientific and technological developments to good start for the new graduates have a solid foundation for a successful professional career to build. Ericsson and events of the PTA 50 billion units in 2020, joined in July 2010. The event will be on the introduction of 3G / 4G technologies in Pakistan.

Speaking on this occasion, Chairman PTA said that in regard to ICT development efforts in Pakistan, the PTA has to improve a number of initiatives to promote and implement innovative solutions for the telecommunications industry and society. We believe in PTA harmonized effort of climbing the ICT industry in Pakistan hope to achieve important projects in Pakistan with Ericsson, the gap between industry, academia and regulator bridge.
Mohsen said Tavakol Ericsson has played a role in the development of communication in Pakistan by the introduction of modern technologies and services since its founding. Ericsson new programs in collaboration with the PTA are a testimony to their commitment to the people, society and economy in Pakistan.
