I just Received SMS form My Mobile Service Provider :
As per the directive of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, all telecom operators have been asked to temporarily discontinue Blackberry services. These services will be restarted based on further PTA directive. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Friends across Pakistan and also the officials of PTA confirms that the service is temporarily offline till further notice from PTA.

Many People are confirming now that BIS Service is back online and its working.
