Sub : Illegal Installation of Warid Telecom Booster and Request for Appropriate Compensation

Respected Sir,

Before proceeding ahead with the subject matter, I would like to introduce my self that my name is Haq Nawaz Malik & resident of village Pind Gadwal Wah Cantt. I belong to a respectable & Honourable family. I am a law abiding & highly security cleared and a responsible, decent, polite, honest, well-mannered respectable, GoP Officer.

I would like to request your good self with deep grief & sorrow that some of greedy people through their criminal conspiracy falsely did some very illegal acts in un lawfully getting possession of our said property at Gadwal Wah Cantt which has not been properly looked after due to my official commitments. The property is up till now a disputed property whose case has been filed with the Hounorable Court Taxila Distt. Rwp. Final verdict of the Honorable Court is awaited. The management of Warid Telecom has been deceived by the conspiracy of these fraudulent people who pushed Warid to install a Tele booster at this land without getting our prior consent or permission on it. Please note that my mother is the owner of every inch of said property, some culprits and land grabbers deceitfully has mislead the Warid employees and eventually tried to get the illegal possession of said property that they had contracted with the innocent Warid Company for installing said Tele booster in it and tried to injure the basis rights of my innocent mother. The said property is inherited by her my mother from her father and the said property has become in the position of status Quo as per the orders of the Hounorable Court Taxila in the year 2007 & and on 09th Oct, 2009 till further orders.

Being a land owner, it is requested that kindly stop all the payments in this regard to these land grabbers and make payments to real owner of the of the land i.e. my mother or deposit the amount in the concerned Honorable Court till the time the matter is settled by the Honorable Court.

It would be very much appreciated if you may advice us in this regard that whether we may knock at the doors of justice at the Honorable Court or to whom in your organization to request to help us against this injustice.

It is second knock to PTA authority after complaint on the PTA web site but no one is hearing.

Plz kindly note that I am owner of Following three Warid numbers being used as friend & family since long and all the three was issued to by by the said company originally as per all the records of the company and also of min (original sims alongwith company packing are with me):-

Above is clearly comitted fruad by the company concerned as:

Niether company informed me at the time of sales that they would take back my number nor

the company intimated / touched on my residential address in written or over phone.

Secondly why only 2 numbers sold out by them as other third number stated on the serial number 2 not sold to any other customer and the same is showing the active status in the system of the company?

Plz kindly look into the matter seriously and help to resolve and get back my numbers as I have bought the same at much much higher prices as the same number is being used by me in (0300) code as well.
