PTCL Bill Inquiry and Payment Modes

Dial 1200 for Billing Information

Customers can simply dial ‘1200‘  from their home or office landline to access instant billing information of the required PTCL service.  “1200″ is a dedicated service to exclusively provide billing information to the customers.

Telephone Bill Payment Using Cards

PTCL bill payment cards of Rs. 300, 500 and 1,000 are available on all retail outlets and stores. Pay bill by simply dialing “1226″ and following instructions at the back of card to get pay PTCL landline bill.

Bill Payment Through Banks and Financial Institutions

Bank Counter: Most common mode of  PTCL bill payment is at all banks across Pakistan.
Payments at ATMs: Customer can pay its bills by using  ATM Card also “Customer ID” on telephone bill is required for payment.
Internet banking (Selected Banks): Telephone bill can be payed by using internet banking (if offered by some bank). “Customer ID” on telephone bill is required for payment.
Direct Debit: Instruction given by the customer to bank or credit card issuing bank to deduct telephone bill from account as soon as the bill in delivered. This service is required to be subscribed by the customer form the concerning bank.
Drop Box Facility: Drop boxes are available at selected branches of various banks around the Pakistan. Customer can deposit cheque, (local, in favor of PTCL) attached with the monthly bill in the designated drop box.

Bill Deposit at Pakistan Post Offices

Customer pay bill at all Pakistan Post Offices. Payments made at PPO are as reliable as paid at any bank.

Payment of Bills via NADRA Kiosks

Bill payment facility is available at NADRA Kiosk machines available across the country.

One Stop Shop (PTCL Centers)

PTCL service centers “One Stop Shops” facilitate subscribers for payment of bills. Payments through cash, credit / debit card, local cheque, demand draft or pay order can be made at ynearest OSS.
