A lot of people are skeptical regarding hidden charges of mobile operators and Ufone is no exception. This time around however, they have come up with a bizarre idea which has absolutely nothing to do with reality. They say Ufone charges for every Missed call made to any number. I personally checked it but it didn’t deduct any money. I think the confusion arises due to the fact that just like other telecom operator Ufone charges on Balance Inquiry and not on Missed calls as 10 + tax paisa is deducted. People do not consider that they are checking balance before and after missed call and that is the reason of the deduction and not the missed call itself.
Every balance check costs Rs. 0.10 charges+tax. That means if your balance is Rs. 10, on first Balance check your balance would be Rs. 9.88 and after a missed call, and subsequent balance check,your balance will drop to Rs 9.76. as 0.24 will be charged on two Balance Inquiries.
I think its now quite clear that what is the reason behind not understanding this simple concept also i am unable to understand that every company charges on Balance Inquiry but why this misconception is created against Ufone Only?
