Telenor Pakistan has been chosen as the most preferred employer for its human resource practices in a survey conducted by Rozee.pk, an online recruitment company. Telenor Pakistan Human Capital Division Vice President Nayab Baig said, “Telenor is pleased with the results of the top employers’ survey conducted by Rozee.pk. We believe that such surveys help to create an in-depth understanding of our culture, environment and perception of HR practices in the market.” A total of 13,753 fully completed surveys were received which were further analysed and validated by employing statistical software. A total of 739 companies were covered in the survey and 126 universities were represented by survey respondents. More than 66pc of respondents are working professionals. Telenor Pakistan was voted as the most preferred employer by a pool of professionals between the ages of 22 and 40.
