Asia Pulse Data Source via COMTEX – Frere Police arrested a thief, red-handed as he was stealing the underground wires of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), here on Tuesday. DSP Asghar Ali Shah said two thieves were trying to steal PTCL underground wires near the Hockey Stadium. He said the Frere police mobile during routine patrolling spotted and arrested one of them, later identified as Shehzad. His accomplice managed to flee. Police have registered a case against the accused on the complaint of a PTCL officer.
